			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you have a shoebox or pile of family photos that &nbsp;you would like to get closer to dating and identifying, come to the Stevens County Historical Museum on Saturday, April 14th, from 10am &#8211; noon. &nbsp;The second in a series of three West Central Family History Association family history workshops will be held and the museum will have a special guest. &nbsp;</p>
<p>Pamela Burkhardt, curator for NDSU has worked in Collections&rsquo; Management for almost 30 years. &nbsp;Working for 24 years at the Clay County Historical Society Museum in Moorhead. She is currently Collections&rsquo; Manager at the <a href="http://library.ndsu.edu/grhc/outreach/friends/giesinger4.html">Germans from Russia Heritage Collection</a> at NDSU in Fargo.&nbsp; Her workshop will provide clues on dating photographs from various eras, and specifically the 1890&rsquo;s.</p>
